Position Overview

            Job Responsibilities Design and implement an enterprise recognition framework that reinforces performance, values, and the behaviours critical to business success. 
Elevate flagship programs such as annual awards, long service awards, and enterprise recognition platforms. 
Lead the end-to-end execution of large-scale signature events (e.g., Annual Celebrations, Awards Ceremonies) to strengthen culture and employee pride. 
Develop innovative engagement initiatives leveraging both digital and physical experiences. 
Drive employee engagement action plans aligned to organisational priorities and EVP. 
Design and deliver enterprise well-being and staff welfare initiatives that reinforce a strong culture of care and belonging.
