Lead the team for RTR scope involving, inter alia – intercompany accounting; fixed assets / lease accounting; bank reconciliations; general accounting; inventory and payroll accounting & generic month-end close processes.
Establish readiness for month-end. Adhere to agreed cut-off timelines and ensure completion of all transactions prepared by team.
Ensure integrity of balance sheet transactions with particular focus around substantiation of aged unreconciled items and adherence to statutory guidelines, policies, and practices.
Ensure tactical alignment to directives endorsed by senior management while establishing short-term and long-term goals.
Ability to identify and assess process related complexities and propose potential solutions.
Flag risks in a timely manner to external and internal stakeholders with proposed plans.
Build solid relationship with stakeholders / business partners....
