Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Associate Director to lead the Record to Report (RTR) team supporting our Australia and New Zealand business units. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary lead for transitioning financial accounting activities to our Shared Service Centre in Bulgaria while driving the continuous improvement and service excellence agenda.

You will manage a multi‑layered team of senior managers and professionals, ensuring all financial reporting, statutory statements, and tax returns are executed with precision.
