Become an essential part of the Records and Information Management team in Midhurst as an Information Management Technician. Support records administration and compliant practices while helping diverse departments.
Reporting to the Deputy Clerk, this role requires collaboration with the Information Management Team to ensure effective records handling. Responsibilities include maintaining a Records Storage Centre, providing training, and managing records classification and retention. You will be actively involved in transitioning from paper-based systems to an organized electronic framework.
Key Responsibilities:

β’ Transfer and retrieve records as needed
β’ Maintain organized inventory and compile activity reports
