About you...

As a Recovery Facilitator, you will manage a caseload of individuals with differing levels of complexity to improve their outcomes and re-integrate into the community.

You will have excellent skills in assessing needs and identifying risks. Experience in working with people who have complex drug and alcohol needs would be beneficial. As well as strong attention to detail, as some of the individuals accessing the service may be subject to statutory orders or mandatory attendance requirements...
