Job Purpose

The Recovery Officer is responsible for ensuring the timely recovery of outstanding payments from distributors, retailers, and customers while maintaining healthy business relationships. The role involves monitoring receivables, conducting field visits, resolving payment issues, and coordinating with the Sales and Finance teams to minimize overdue balances and improve cash flow.

Education & Experience

Required Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
