New Carlton Nursing Home is seeking a Recreation Aide!

We are seeking a Recreation Aide to join our team. The Recreation Aide will provide therapeutic music interventions to enhance residents’ emotional, cognitive, social, and physical well-being. Working closely with the interdisciplinary care team, the Recreation Aide will design and implement individualized and group sessions that promote engagement, reduce stress, and improve quality of life for our residents.

Requirements:

• Experience working with older adults, preferably in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work on weekends
