JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Individuals must have a post-secondary diploma or degree in recreation and leisure studies, therapeutic recreation, kinesiology or other related field from a community college or university; or are enrolled in a community college or university in a diploma or degree program in such a field. Must have current Smart Serve Certification. Must have a positive attitude and the ability to be flexible and the ability to work with minimum supervision is essential. Must be able to communicate effectively with Residents, their families and volunteers.
