The Recreation Aide reports to the Therapeutic Recreation Manager, Recreation Manager, or designate. This role assists in planning, implementing, and evaluating activity programs to meet the holistic needs and interests of persons served, while maintaining residents’ rights and ensuring they are treated with respect and dignity.
