JOB SUMMARY:

Plans, directs, coordinates, and reviews the work plan for assigned aquatic staff include those involved in organizing and encouraging the formation of clubs, teams, leagues, and special events, assigns work activities, projects, and programs; reviews and evaluates work products, methods and procedures to ensure safe work practices, work quality, and accuracy and to ensure compliance to applicable rules, policies, and procedures; meet with staff to identify and resolve problems.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Provides management and leadership direction to the Recreation Aquatic Division, including program development, management, and operational oversight.
