Recreation Program Coordinator I

Reporting to the Manager of Recreation and Facilities, the Recreation Program Coordinator I will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordinating, and development of community recreation programs, facility rentals, and special events. The role focuses on supporting effective program implementation, participant engagement, and customer service.

What You Will Bring to the Team

• Post secondary course in Recreation, Leisure Services or a related field.
• Minimum one year experience in a recreation setting, including familiarity with community programming and recreation‑based scheduling software.
• Strong customer service approach with the ability to communicate effectively with staff, volunteers and members of the public.
