Job Description
This role focuses on high-volume hiring for early-in-profession intern and entry-level corporate and sales positions across multiple regions. You will own full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening to offer support and closing, while partnering closely with hiring teams and stakeholders. You will ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience and help build strong business and go-to-market teams, including work across Portuguese-speaking talent markets.
Responsibilities
+ Own full-cycle recruiting for early-in-profession corporate and sales roles, managing the process from initial sourcing through offer and close.
+ Source and identify candidates for a variety of corporate and sales roles, including business operations, finance, HR, marketing, sales, and customer success, using multiple sourcing channels.
