The role of the recruiter will include sourcing qualified resource aligned to project requirements, coordinating the hiring process, and applying advanced interviewing techniques.. Responsibilities
- Meet with managers and HR to discuss their hiring needs and formulate the hiring strategy
- Source qualified candidates via job sites, databases, networking etc.
- Liaise and manage with the PSL ensuring they are briefed on role requirements, timelines and skills required in a timely manner
- Select and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Help hiring teams interview candidates through various methods
