Position Overview
This is a remote position. We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. Responsibilities: Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards. Source and recruit candidates using job portals, databases, social media, etc.
Screen candidate's resumes and job applications Interview candidates by combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions) Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated with the organization and the team.
