**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** Serve as an advocate, case manager and coordinator of services in situations involving child and family matters with the immediate goal of reduction of the frequency of Choctaw family disintegration while ensuring child safety. You will report to the ICW Director.
**Primary Tasks:**
1. You will establish visible, productive working relationships with community partners such as state and private foster care agencies, other tribal foster care departments, and faith-based communities.
2. Develop and implement, with an evaluation component, an annual foster care resource home recruitment plan.
3. Recruit qualified Choctaw foster homes for placement of Choctaw children.
