The successful candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes across APAC, including sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and offer management. The role covers technology and corporate positions (e.g., engineering, data, infrastructure, HR, finance, legal, operations) to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes in a competitive market.
Reporting to the Regional Talent Acquisition Lead, the recruiter partners closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and drive timely execution of recruitment processes. The role also involves market mapping, talent pipelining, and contributing to strategic hiring initiatives aligned with business growth.
