We are looking for a Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a Hawaii organization. This role will partner with business stakeholders to attract, assess, and advance talent across high-volume frontline, supervisory, and corporate openings. The ideal candidate brings a service-focused approach, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple searches while using data to improve recruiting outcomes. Due to the nature of the work and onsite requirements, preference will be given to Hawaii residents. Applicants should be able to reliably commute or reside within the region to meet business needs.
