Job Description
This Sourcing Recruiter position is focused on identifying and engaging top-tier technical and sales talent for a Start-Up organization, with a particular emphasis on Business Operations and Strategy functions. The role reports into the Go to Market teams within the Start-Up Organization and Business Operations and Strategy.
Responsibilities

+ Source and engage top-tier technical and sales talent, including Solution Architects, early-career demand generation sales representatives, and Account Managers.

+ Manage multiple concurrent searches in a high-velocity environment.

+ Adapt sourcing strategies based on real-time feedback and evolving market conditions.

+ Experiment with innovative approaches when traditional sourcing channels yield limited results.

+ Leverage creative search techniques and tap into non-obvious talent pools.
