As a Recruiter, you will:

Collaborate with senior leadership and HR to design and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals

Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates (from entry-level to experienced professionals)

Source candidates through cold calling, job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels

Identify and leverage alternative sourcing channels (online platforms, professional organizations, universities, etc.)

Write and post job advertisements and manage responses from candidates and agencies

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local hiring regulations by maintaining accurate records
