Eleven Recruiting is hiring an internal recruiter to build our bench. You'll own the full recruiting cycle for two critical roles: Technical Recruiters and Account Managers. This isn't a post-and-pray position. We want a hunter, someone who knows where great recruiting talent hides and how to move them.


Responsibilities: 

• 
  Source, engage, and pipeline Technical Recruiters and Account Managers across passive and active channels.
  


• 
  Own requisitions end-to-end; sourcing through offer.
  


• 
  Build and maintain a live candidate pipeline, not just a list.
