What We're Looking For:

✔ 5+ years of recruiting experience in agency and/or corporate environments

✔ Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent channels

✔ Experience partnering with hiring managers and recruiters to deliver top talent

✔ Ability to engage and assess both active and passive candidates

✔ Experience with ATS platforms, Workday, Excel, and recruiting best practices

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
