This temporary contract role seeks an experienced Recruiter to lead full-cycle talent acquisition for a GMP manufacturing environment. You will manage multiple requisitions across both professional and hourly positions, partnering closely with a collaborative HR and hiring team to meet staffing goals while ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
Responsibilities

+ Manage full-cycle recruiting for both professional and hourly roles, from requisition intake through offer acceptance.

+ Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, hiring needs, and timelines.

+ Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles within a GMP manufacturing environment.

+ Coordinate interviews, including scheduling, candidate communication, and interview logistics.
