Recruiter (Contract, Commission-Based) — Remote VA Placements

Compensation: $3000–$5000/month based on placements (commission-only, uncapped — no salary)

We're looking for recruiters who already have a candidate network and want a new pipeline to monetize. No exclusivity required.

Home Service Callers places Virtual Assistants with U.S. home service businesses (cleaning, water filtration). We need people who can find candidates that pass a live English fluency bar and think on their feet — not just submit resumes.

How it works: → You source and refer candidates → We run them through our screening process → You get paid $600 per placement → No cap on volume. Refer 1 or refer 50.

Strong fit if your network is in: South Africa, Kenya, Jamaica, Philippines, or LatAm — or you've done VA/remote staffing recruitment before.
