Responsibilities:
β’ Manage full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing talent, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and supporting offer development.
β’ Partner with hiring leaders to understand staffing priorities, define candidate profiles, and align recruiting strategies with business needs.
