Description
What You'll Do β’ Provide administrative support throughout the recruiting lifecycle to ensure an efficient hiring process. β’ Create, maintain, audit, and close requisitions while ensuring data accuracy within Workday. β’ Review recruiting activity and proactively identify opportunities to improve data quality, candidate movement, and process compliance. β’ Coordinate interviews, hiring events, candidate communications, and onboarding activities. β’ Support recruiters and hiring managers with scheduling, interview logistics, offer preparation, and other recruiting administrative tasks. β’ Attend onsite hiring events, community job fairs, hiring blitzes, and plant recruiting events to engage candidates and promote MITER Brands as an employer of choice. β’ Partner closely with Recruiters, HR, and manufacturing leaders to ensure a seamless candidate experience. β’ Maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout the hiring process.
