Position Overview
The Recruiting Coordinator plays a central role in delivering a high-touch recruitment and onboarding experience for candidates and new hires at a major Silicon Valley site. This position supports a fast-paced Copilot and AI-focused business group by taking on much of the logistical and administrative work associated with interviewing and onboarding, allowing hiring teams to focus on strategic decisions as the organization scales. The role combines onsite candidate support, physical setup of workspaces, and detailed planning and administrative coordination to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for every candidate and new hire.
Responsibilities
