This role focuses on supporting the full recruitment lifecycle by managing incoming applications, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate candidate records. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure a smooth, timely, and professional hiring experience for candidates while helping to improve processes within the Applicant Tracking System and HR systems.
Responsibilities
+ Review incoming applications and screen candidates for basic qualifications.
+ Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process, including professionally declining applicants when necessary.
+ Schedule interviews across multiple time zones and coordinate logistics with hiring managers and interview teams.
