Position Overview


Requirements:
  • 1 year of Recruiting Coordinator experience or related experience as a Project Coordinator
  • 2 years' experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced business environment
  • Proven success in screening and sourcing candidates for open opportunities
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience working within Applicant Tracking Systems (Oracle HCM)
  • Experience working within SharePoint (preferred)
  • Experience using job boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Proven ability to work independently
  • Takes initiative
  • Polished written/verbal communication skills
