Position Overview

            What will you do?  Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Delivery Consultants to achieve individual and team objectives. 
Conduct regular performance reviews, one-to-one meetings, and development planning sessions. 
Foster a positive, collaborative, and high‑performing team culture. 
Manage team capacity, resource allocation, and workload planning. 
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and agreed quality standards. 
Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies. 
Provide guidance and support on complex requirements and delivery challenges. 
Develop, implement, and continuously improve delivery processes and best practices. 
Monitor and report on delivery KPIs, service levels, and team performance metrics. 
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and quality.
