Summary
To assist the Principal HR Specialist/Sr. Specialist/Principal Recruiter in an assigned Human Resource sub-function such as Recruitment.
General Responsibilities
- Recruitment:
- Perform end-to-end activities in the pre-onboarding process:
- Conduct phone screening
- Facilitates and monitors background checks and pre-employment requirements of candidates.
- Participates in other sourcing strategies such as joining job fairs and offsite events.
- Stakeholder and Vendor Management
- Reporting and Analytics
- May be assigned / rotated across related sub-functions, including but not limited to sub-functions within HR
- Other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
