Position Overview

Recruitment/Office Administrator  - 22.5 hours a week - FTC 12 month contract 

Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a PT Recruitment Administrator  for our client based in central Aylesbury.

Hours: Mon-Fri 9:30-2:00pm 

Salary: £15,792 

Contract: 12 month FTC

Hybrid working 

Duties:

  • Managing recruitment platforms and liaising with recruitment agencies with reference to current roles
  • Collating of applications for vacant positions
  • Booking and organising interviews
  • Completing administration for new recruits, including pre-employment information
  • Ordering stationery, liaising with the landlord to arrange any external repairs 
  • Managing incoming post 
  • Assisting payroll with processing expenses
  • Greeting incoming visitors

Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Great attention to detail
  • Great customer service experience
