Job :


Mission:





  • Analyze expected profiles and adapt search based on job descriptions and briefing sessions

  • Write job ads and post them on various available platforms.

  • Manage and animate digital content.

  • Create and maintain a pool of potential candidates

  • Pre-select candidates.

  • Ensure all candidates undergo the appropriate and specific tests for each position they are recruited for.

  • Lead group or individual recruitment sessions.

  • Organize validation interviews in collaboration with operational teams.

  • Ensure rigorous follow-up after the integration of new recruits in accordance with the Onboarding for all program.

  • Complete and update tracking tools (dashboards, recruitment contact database, etc.)
