Legal Recruitment Assistant / Head Hunter – US/CA Legal Executive Search Firm

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Recruitment Assistant / Head Hunter to support our US Legal Search Firm. This role is heavily focused on cold calling, with the majority of your time spent on outbound outreach to legal professionals — primarily attorneys in private practice across the United States and Canada. This is NOT an HR Generalist/Admin Role.
