Work Schedule and Arrangement: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Gliding Shift, Onsite

Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing and Engagement

• Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates
• Foster positive candidate experiences through effective communication and engagement

Screening and Evaluation

• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with organizational values
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective assessment strategies

Interview Coordination

• Schedule and coordinate interviews, providing timely updates to candidates and stakeholders
