JOB DESCRIPTION
Achieve targets and abide by all key recruitment processes of the company and its clients.
Call and perform screening interviews of applicants for various call center positions.
Endorse, facilitate online applications and tests for the candidates and track their results, making the necessary follow through for the applicants throughout the hiring process.
Ensure a positive experience for all applicants by always showing a respectful attitude.
Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports.
Perform pertinent and administrative tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a Filipino
Bachelor’s degree graduate of any business management, behavioral science or related courses.
Self-starter with demonstrated ability to meet aggressive goals.
Strong critical thinking ability and multi-tasking skills.
Able to perform and adjust quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Good interpersonal and persuasive skills.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
