INHERENT REQUIREMENTS GENERAL Matric Certificate Relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous At least 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the Temporary Employment Services (TES) industry Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Computer literate Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for meeting the set targets Develop business through regular client contact and account management Maintain and service existing clients Source candidates using traditional and non-traditional methodologies Cold calling both candidates and clients Achieve daily, weekly and monthly activity and billings targets Record detailed job specifications from clients Compile and place vacancies on all available job portals Responsible for MIE checks and background checks Typing of CVs on Oxyon format 360 Recruitment TES and perm recruitment Ensure that all recruitment is conducted in an ethical manner in line with the Compa...
