Mploy have an opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our well-established Christchurch office.

This is a key role within the branch, and it will require you to support our team in managing key busy accounts, help grow the office through regular business development, sourcing candidates for a wide range of temporary and permanent vacancies, meeting and registering candidates, dealing with a range of customers over the phone to help with enquiries, writing and posting job adverts and so much more.

We welcome applications from people with previous recruitment experience, ideally with a proven track record in sales / business development; however, we can offer training to the right person who has the ability to build good working relationships and manage time effectively and prioritise workloads.
