Position Overview

            Job Highlights  Basic Salary $2800 to $4000 (commensurate according to experience & qualifications) 
Uncapped Monthly Commissions, current Top Performers earning $5000 to $7000++ 
Focus 100% on Placements only (Permanent Full Time & Temp & Contract)

 Key Responsibilities  Meet monthly sales targets and support overall revenue objectives. 
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates. 
Work closely with the Business Development Team to understand client’s hiring needs and requirements.
