Job Description :
β’ Annual Cost planning, forecasting and making approval.
β’ Control all activities of recruitment group to meet target of company
β’ Liaise with headhunter/ recruitment consultant/ government agencies to select potential candidates for vacancies.
β’ Source and initiate recruiting programs to attract internal and external candidates.
β’ Implement recruiting procedures: contact candidates, screen their applications, interview and arrange schedule for functional relevant departments to designate works.
β’ Build Job Descriptions for all positions in details.
β’ Build up candidates database
β’ 2 years experience in similar position.
β’ University /College graduated
β’ Excellent communication & English skills, analytical and continuous learning skills, Counseling, Leadership
