Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to job offer, including:
• Candidate sourcing and talent pooling through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Resume screening and initial candidate assessment.
• Conducting initial interviews and coordinating hiring manager interviews.
• Facilitating candidate evaluation and selection process.
• Conducting reference checks and pre-employment validation.
• Preparing and extending job offers to selected candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and provide timely recruitment support.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, and hiring reports.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
