In this varied and rewarding role, you will manage recruitment and onboarding activity across an allocated area, acting as the main point of contact for recruiting managers throughout the recruitment journey. You will provide expert advice on recruitment processes, NHS Employment Check Standards, right to work requirements, recruitment best practice and Trust policies, ensuring all appointments are made efficiently, compliantly and with an excellent candidate experience.
