Job Qualifications
- College graduate of 4 year course
- MUST HAVE at least 1 year - 2 years of BPO recruitment experience (end-to-end recruitment, volume hiring, proactive sourcing)
- can start ASAP
- can work with minimal supervision
- assertive and resourceful
- must be amenable to work onsite
- flexible to work in shifting, extended schedule and weekends
- must be open for a fixed-term contract of 7 months
