Summary This Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment & Outreach Strategist/Program Manager) position is located in the Talent & Acquisition Management Branch (TAM), Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO). The incumbent will lead a strategic recruitment and outreach program while supporting all aspects of branch programmatic responsibilities, from policy to analysis to operations.
