The Position: - Scrutinise recruitment mandates to define a sourcing strategy
- Sourcing candidates thanks to a multi-channel approach: Talent Mapping, Headhunting,job boards, social media & referrals
- Developing a candidate portfolio based on direct contacts
- Selecting and qualifying and interviewing local and international candidates atsenior management and C' level.
