At ITS Construction, we're looking for a driven, organised and proactive Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy Shirley office.
This isn't an admin role. We're looking for someone who thrives on picking up the phone, enjoys the challenge of finding great people, and gets genuine satisfaction from filling vacancies before anyone else.

The Role
You'll play a vital part in supporting our recruitment consultants by sourcing quality candidates across the construction sector.
