Job Overview

The Recruitment Resourcer is responsible for generating fee revenue through temporary and permanent placements. Primarily responsible for managing all candidate-based activity. You will collaborate with sales to introduce suitably qualified and experienced candidates to our clients.

Key Responsibilities: -

* Operating to the Candidate Acquisition Strategy; identify, attract, and engage prospective candidates to fulfil client job vacancies.

* Utilise various sourcing techniques such as boolean searching, professional networking sites such as Linked In, job boards and candidate referrals.

* Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, including passive candidates, tracking their availability.
