What youll do

• Develop and execute high-impact sourcing strategies across job boards LinkedIn niche communities social media and referral networks to build strong talent pipelines.
• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers consult on hiring plans role design market intelligence and competitive salary positioning.
• Create a compelling candidate experience from first contact through onboarding: timely communications clear expectations and strong employer-brand representation.
• Use and maintain our ATS and data tools to track pipelines report metrics (time-to-fill source quality conversion rates) and continuously improve processes.
