Job Responsibilities:
β’ Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process by following hiring procedure to comply with relevant laws and regulations and RBA Code of Conduct.
β’ Able to implement sourcing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment process.
β’ Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements i.e. the role's specific skills, qualifications, responsibilities and team dynamics.
β’ Source for potential candidates through various platforms i.e. Job Advertisement portals, Linked-In, Referral Program, Social Media, networking, Recruitment Database etc.
