Key Responsibilities
Candidate Selection:
Interview candidates (phone/on-site) to meet company requisitions based on skills and knowledge.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain a documented pipeline and monitor applications through phone screenings.
Collaboration:
Work with department managers to identify specific employment needs and requirements.
Evaluation:
Assess applicant knowledge, skills, and work experience to select the strongest fit.
