Position Overview

Working closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, roles, and responsibilities. 
Writing and posting job descriptions on various platforms to attract qualified candidates. 
Screening and shortlisting candidates based on established criteria. 
Conducting initial interviews and coordinating follow-up interviews with team leaders or direct supervisors. 
Organizing and participating in job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong employer brand. 
Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in recruitment and employment practices. 
Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future job openings. 
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree 
Has good communication in English 
has 2 years work experience in recruitment for manpower
